Christian Action Centre for Refugees is the first and only drop-in community centre for asylum seekers and refugees in Hong Kong.  We create an inclusive community for refugees by fulfilling their humanitarian needs, providing opportunities for their future and empowering them to live with hope and dignity.

Located at Chungking Mansions, in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, our centre serves over 600 refugees and asylum seekers each month, providing humanitarian assistance, medical and psycho-social support, emergency response, education, employability training, empowerment and outreach.

We offer a lifeline for refugees and asylum seekers in Hong Kong, who come from all races, religions and gender identity, escaping political or religious persecution, war and violence.  We support a just and equal future for this community, which deserves care, recognition, safety and a brighter tomorrow.
