Our yoga classes cover an array of topics and programmes which include: ‘Yoga Stretching’, ‘Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Pain, ‘Yoga ‘Yoga for Sciatica’, Yoga for Healthy Posture’, ‘Yoga for Better Immunity’ and a Yoga and Mindfulness Workshop.
