Mentor Walks connects rising female leaders with experienced women from diverse professions for an informal, one-hour outdoor walk focused on open conversation and shared experience.
There is nothing to prepare in advance — this form simply helps us with group matching and event coordination. During the walk, mentors and mentees discuss career and personal challenges, successes, aspirations, and lessons learned.
For mentors, there is no minimum commitment and no follow-up required. You sign up, join a walk, share your insights, and that’s it until next time.
Our Mentors & Mentees
Mentors are accomplished women with significant professional experience — whether senior executives, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, or experts in their fields. They serve as role models, offering perspective and encouragement to other women in our community.
Mentees are working women — early- to mid-career professionals or entrepreneurs — who are seeking advice, perspective, or inspiration. Mentees are not students; all participants must already be active in the workforce.
Both mentors and mentees come from a wide range of fields
including:
international development, foreign affairs, law,
finance and banking, business development, marketing, public
relations, humanitarian and non-profit work, corporate social
responsibility, academia, entrepreneurship, hospitality, healthcare,
technology, media, sustainability, energy, international trade, and more.
Mentor Walks 連繫新晉女性領袖與來自不同行業、經驗豐富的女性，透過輕鬆的一小時戶外行走，進行開放對話與經驗分享。
毋須預先準備——此表格僅用於配對及活動協調。行走期間，導師與學員會討論職涯與個人挑戰、成功、抱負及所學。

我們的導師與學員
導師為具豐富專業經驗的卓越女性——無論是高層管理人員、企業家、意見領袖或各領域專家。她們以身作則，為社群中的女性提供視野與鼓勵。
學員為在職女性——職涯初至中期的專業人士或創業者——尋求建議、觀點或啟發。學員不是學生；所有參與者須已在職場。
導師與學員來自多元範疇，包括：國際發展、外交、法律、金融及銀行、業務拓展、市場營銷、公共關係、人道與非牟利工作、企業社會責任、學術、創業、酒店及款待、醫療健康、科技、媒體、可持續發展、能源、國際貿易等。

What is Mentor Walks Hong Kong all about?
Mentor Walks Hong Kong connects experienced female leaders with emerging women professionals for open, honest conversations about career and life advice. It’s an informal, non-structured event held 3-4 times a year. Mentors and mentees meet for a walk and discussion in small groups.
Each walk is a stand-alone event — there’s no expectation of ongoing mentoring or any follow-up expectations.
How it works?
Participants meet at the designated location for a short briefing, then form small groups (one mentor with 2-3 mentees) and walk for about one hour.
Walks will be held three times a year in Hong Kong, typically on Saturday mornings at M+ Museum, West Kowloon or similar venues. The aim is to create meaningful, informal dialogue in a relaxed setting.
Who can participate?
Mentor Walks Hong Kong is a women-only event with two participant groups: Mentors
and Mentees.
Mentors FAQ
Mentors are senior professionals with at least 20 years working experience / substantial
leadership backgrounds across sectors such as business, education,
entrepreneurship, professional services, management, technology, ESG, property,
communications, sports, hospitality and many more.
* new mentors are invited to join through nominations by existing mentors
* mentors can join as a one-off or regular participant. But must attend at least one walk
per annum
* there is no obligation to share personal contact details or continue communication
with mentees after walks.
* Mentors confirm participation two weeks before each event.
* Mentor names are not disclosed publicly in advance.
* Each mentor walks with two to three (2-3) mentees.
Mentees FAQ
Mentees are working women at any stage of their professional journey — from early-
career to mid-level or those exploring new directions.
This program is not for students.
* Mentees join to gain career and life insights from established women leaders.
* There is no age limit, but participants must already be in the workforce.
* Mentees select their preferred mentors on the day of the event.
How many people attend each walk?
Each event typically includes around 25-35 mentors and 60–80 mentees, maintaining a ratio of approximately 1 mentor to 2 -3 mentees.

Participation Fee
HKD 150 per person (mentors and mentees).
Dress Code
Wear comfortable, walking clothes and shoes suitable for outdoor activity

We kindly ask all participants to uphold the confidentiality of our discussions during the walk, ensuring that all conversations remain private and are not shared beyond this gathering.
