Walks Hong Kong
Mentor Walks connects rising female leaders with experienced women from diverse professions for an informal, one-hour outdoor walk focused on open conversation and shared experience.
There is nothing to prepare in advance — this form simply helps us with group matching and event coordination. During the walk, mentors and mentees discuss career and personal challenges, successes, aspirations, and lessons learned.
For mentors, there is no minimum commitment and no follow-up required. You sign up, join a walk, share your insights, and that’s it until next time.
Our Mentors & Mentees
Mentors are accomplished women with significant professional experience — whether senior executives, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, or experts in their fields. They serve as role models, offering perspective and encouragement to other women in our community.
Mentees are working women — early- to mid-career professionals or entrepreneurs — who are seeking advice, perspective, or inspiration. Mentees are not students; all participants must already be active in the workforce.
Both mentors and mentees come from a wide range of fields
including:
international development, foreign affairs, law,
finance and banking, business development, marketing, public
relations, humanitarian and non-profit work, corporate social
responsibility, academia, entrepreneurship, hospitality, healthcare,
technology, media, sustainability, energy, international trade, and more.
Mentor Walks 連繫新晉女性領袖與來自不同行業、經驗豐富的女性，透過輕鬆的一小時戶外行走，進行開放對話與經驗分享。
毋須預先準備——此表格僅用於配對及活動協調。行走期間，導師與學員會討論職涯與個人挑戰、成功、抱負及所學。
對導師而言，沒有最低承諾，亦無需後續跟進。你只需報名、參加一次行走、分享見解；下次想參與再報名即可。
我們的導師與學員
導師為具豐富專業經驗的卓越女性——無論是高層管理人員、企業家、意見領袖或各領域專家。她們以身作則，為社群中的女性提供視野與鼓勵。
學員為在職女性——職涯初至中期的專業人士或創業者——尋求建議、觀點或啟發。學員不是學生；所有參與者須已在職場。
導師與學員來自多元範疇，包括：國際發展、外交、法律、金融及銀行、業務拓展、市場營銷、公共關係、人道與非牟利工作、企業社會責任、學術、創業、酒店及款待、醫療健康、科技、媒體、可持續發展、能源、國際貿易等。

Mentor Walks Hong Kong — Mentees FAQ
What is it?
Mentor Walks Hong Kong brings together experienced women leaders and emerging women professionals for honest conversations about work and life. It’s informal, practical, and designed so you can ask what you really want to ask.
How does it work?

You arrive at the meeting point (usually M+ Museum, West Kowloon or a similar venue) for a short briefing.

You choose your preferred mentor from the list available on the day.

You’re grouped with 1 mentor and 2–3 mentees.

You walk and talk for about 1 hour.
-
Each walk is a stand-alone event — no ongoing mentoring is expected.
Walks are held about 3 times a year, usually on Saturday mornings.
Who can be a mentee?

Women currently in the workforce (early career, mid-career, returning, or changing direction).

This program is not for students.
-
There is no age limit, but you must be working.
What can I talk about?
Anything related to your career and leadership journey, for example:

career decisions and progression

managing people and stakeholders
-
changing sectors or roles
-
visibility, confidence, and influence
-
work–life integration
The aim is open, judgment-free dialogue.
Do I have to follow up with the mentor?
No. There is no expectation of follow-up or ongoing mentoring. If both sides want to stay in touch, that’s up to you.
How many people attend?

What does it cost?
HKD 150 per person (same for mentors and mentees).

Will I know the mentors in advance?
Mentor names are not disclosed publicly before the event. You choose from the available mentors on the day.
Is it confidential?
Yes. All conversations during the walk are confidential. Please don’t share personal or professional details from the discussion outside the group.
