On Friday 1st September, Typhoon Saola ripped through Hong Kong leaving a trail of destruction and caused extensive damage to S K I P.  

We are crowdfunding, as a huge tree fell and damaged the outdoor roof, this structure had to be completely removed.   It also damaged the fencing and the side of the school building which now needs to be renovated.

We have 18 days to raise 100,000 HKD so the works can take place during the Christmas holidays.  The campaign closes on Christmas Eve. 

If you are reading this, your children will likely have spent time at S K I P  - painting, laughing, digging, splashing, cycling, chasing, learning, jumping and being lovingly cared for.  It is a space that inspires joy and community.  Kids can be kids - messy and free to let their imaginations run wild!

At S K I P  we work tirelessly at fundraising events and holiday activities but the typhoon has caused an unexpected funding deficit and we need your help and community support as we strive to rebuild.

S K I P Kindergarten has been nurturing pre-schoolers in the Sai Kung & Clearwater Bay community since 1988 - that is 35 years ago!
