The immediate focus of this proposal is the Mentorship Program , which equips participants with practical skills, confidence, and networks through structured workshops, one‑to‑one guidance, and integrated wellbeing support. This phase culminates in Capstone presentations and a peer‑mentor pipeline, ensuring impact continues beyond the grant period. The current emphasis is on ensuring the mentorship program’s success, positioning it as the cornerstone for future phases and sustained impact.

The FutureForward Mentorship Program addresses these gaps through culturally responsive, practical interventions that combine life‑skills training, bilingual language supports, structured mentor relationships, and integrated wellbeing practices.
